Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

You may return items purchased from Vidhi Delineation within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
• The item received is significantly different from what was described or pictured
• The wrong item was delivered

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items showing signs of use or wear
• Items returned after 7 days from delivery

2. Information Required: Include your products name, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue.
3. Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation before returning any items.
4. Packaging: Return items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
5. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

• For eligible returns, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased on sale follow the same return policy as regular-priced items, unless otherwise noted during the sale.
